Beth Edler is a civil trial lawyer who practices in the areas of commercial litigation, such as business disputes, employment law, real estate and construction litigation.  Her practice includes the representation of commercial real estate clients, construction industry clients, employment and human resource clients and commercial debt collection. 

Beth counsels clients on preventative measures to avoid disputes and aggressively represents them through mediation, trial and collection of judgments.  She has published, lectured and given speeches to various industry organizations on many of these topics.

Beth received her B.A. from the University of Texas in 1984, magna cum laude, and her J.D. from the University of Houston in 1995 where she was a Research Editor on the Houston Journal of International Law and a member of the Phi Delta Phi honor fraternity.

Beth has successfully taken many complex cases to trial to judge and jury and was named one of Texas Monthly Magazine’s 2004 Texas Rising Stars.
